TERMS AND CONDITIONS / USER AGREEMENT
1. Preliminary Provisions
This User Agreement (“the Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between ShubRama, a duly constituted commercial entity under the laws of India, and any individual or juridical person (“the User”, “You”, or “Your”) who accesses or avails of the Website www.shubrama.com (“the Website”).
By engaging with the Website, whether by mere navigation or by consummating a transaction, You are deemed to have read, understood, and unequivocally accepted the terms and conditions herein contained.
If You do not assent to these provisions, You must refrain from any further use of the Website forthwith.

Capacity and Competence
By accessing or utilising the Website, You represent and warrant that:
(a) You have attained the age of majority, being not less than eighteen (18) years; and
(b) You possess full legal capacity to contract and to be bound in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Any transaction concluded by a person lacking such capacity shall be void ab initio and of no legal effect.
3. Permissible Use
3.1 The Website shall be employed solely for legitimate, non-fraudulent purposes in compliance with applicable law.
3.2 Any act constituting unauthorised access, interference with the Website’s source code, data extraction, reverse engineering, or any conduct likely to impair the integrity, availability, or performance of the Website shall amount to a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 The Company reserves an absolute discretion to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any User, without prior notice or explanation, where a contravention is reasonably apprehended.
4. Product Description and Representations
4.1 The Company exercises due diligence to ensure that product depictions, specifications, and descriptions are materially accurate.
4.2 Variations in colour, fragrance, or presentation may nonetheless occur owing to artisanal variation, lighting, or manufacturing processes. Such minor deviations shall not constitute misrepresentation.
4.3 The Company shall not be liable for any subjective misapprehension or discrepancy arising from such representation.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices displayed on the Website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision without notice.
5.2 Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable duties, taxes, and delivery charges.
5.3 Payments shall be facilitated exclusively through Shiprocket and its accredited financial intermediaries.
5.4 The Company neither collects nor retains any sensitive financial information, including bank details, card data, or CVV codes.
6. Shipping Policy (Processing and Delivery)
6.1 Orders shall ordinarily be processed within two (2) to four (4) working days following confirmation of payment.
6.2 Consignments shall be dispatched through Shiprocket or other duly appointed logistics partners.
6.3 Delivery is anticipated within five (5) to ten (10) working days post-dispatch, subject to geographic variation.
6.4 The Company shall not be accountable for delays attributable to force majeure, courier negligence, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancellation requests shall be entertained only prior to dispatch, and such cancellation shall remain subject to the Company’s sole discretion.
7.2 Once a consignment has been assigned a tracking identification or transferred to the logistics partner, the order shall attain an irrevocable status.
7.3 Any attempt at cancellation thereafter shall be deemed null and void.
8. Return and Refund Policy
6.1 Orders shall ordinarily be processed within two (2) to four (4) working days following confirmation of payment.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, service marks, design rights, copyright, and trade dress appearing on the Website, are the exclusive property of ShubRama.
9.2 Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation thereof constitutes infringement and may be actionable under civil and criminal law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nurpur, Kangra, HP, India].
Nothing in this clause shall preclude the Company from seeking equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
